EMT continuing education programs are designed to make your certification current. It is a requirement by most states to accrue a certain number of CE credits for renewing EMT certification.

Core topics fall into one of the core modules in the National Standard Curriculum which are preparatory, airway, patient Assessment, medical and behavioral, trauma, obstetrics, infants and children.
You can take EMT continuing education online to earn CE credits at your own convenience. You can choose and take courses at your pace and schedule. It’s available to First Responder, EMT Basic, EMT Intermediate, and Paramedic. Most offer trials so you can see for yourself if it’s a good CE program.
